About InnoAddi Education Center

InnoAddi Education Center — Where Ideas Become Real

InnoAddi began with a simple question:

What if children had access to the same creative tools and STEM opportunities used by real engineers, designers, and innovators?

Our founders come from deep, hands-on industry backgrounds—each with 6 to 13 years of experience in 3D design, engineering, advanced manufacturing, robotics, product development, and 3D printing technologies. For years, we built real products, supported research projects, and brought ideas to life across fields like medical devices, automation, and education technology.

But something else inspired us even more:

We all love making things.

We love turning ideas into reality.
And we love seeing that spark of excitement in a child who suddenly realizes:

“I can design something… and I can actually make it.”

That moment is magical. And it made us realize we wanted to do more than build products—we wanted to empower the next generation of creators.

A Teaching Center Built by Real Industry Experts

InnoAddi is not just an education center.

It is a research, learning–industry integrated organization led by people who actively work in engineering and innovation.

Our instructors are not just teachers—they are practitioners who:

  • Design products

  • Prototype ideas

  • Solve real engineering challenges

  • Build and experiment every day

And because our students learn directly from industry professionals, they don’t just learn theory.
They learn the actual skills that real engineers and designers use.

We are also proud to include a master teacher on our team with 20 years of teaching experience, multiple teaching awards—including Massachusetts Teacher of the Year—and a record of guiding students to file real patents.

Programs That Grow With Students

What began as small weekend workshops has evolved into a full innovation center offering:

  • 3D design & 3D printing

  • Robotics & engineering

  • After-school STEM programs

  • Creative technology workshops

  • Teen and adult innovation classes

  • Hands-on research and development projects

Every program is designed to grow with students—from curious beginners to advanced young innovators.

Real Opportunities for Future Innovators

Because InnoAddi is both an education center and an active engineering organization, our most advanced students may have opportunities to:

  • Join internships

  • Participate in real R&D projects

  • Contribute to product development

  • Receive mentorship from industry experts

  • Explore real career paths in engineering, robotics, and design

This is not hypothetical. These opportunities are built into how we operate.

Why We Built InnoAddi

We believe education should be:

  • Meaningful

  • Inspiring

  • Hands-on

  • Connected to the real world

These are the skills we want our own children to grow up with—creativity, technical confidence, problem-solving, and the ability to build what they imagine.

Today, InnoAddi is a thriving community where students gain:

  • Creativity

  • Confidence

  • Real-world STEM abilities

And most importantly, the belief that they can invent, design, and shape their future.

InnoAddi — where kids don’t just learn about innovation.

They become innovators.

Extended Learning in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math

We go beyond the traditional classroom, offering students additional opportunities to engage with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. These experiences can include afterschool programs, summer camps, online courses, hands-on projects, and community-based activities. The goal is to deepen understanding, spark curiosity, and build skills that are essential for future success.

Key Benefits

  • Deeper Engagement: Students can apply classroom knowledge to real-world problems, reinforcing and expanding their understanding of STEM concepts.

  • Skill Development: Extended learning promotes critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration—skills vital for college, careers, and life.

  • Increased Interest in STEM Careers: Early exposure and hands-on activities inspire students to pursue STEM-related fields and careers.

  • Equity and Access: Out-of-school programs can help bridge gaps for students from underrepresented backgrounds, providing opportunities they may not receive during regular school hours.

  • Improved Academic Performance: Participation in quality STEM programs is linked to better academic outcomes and higher achievement in standardized assessments.

Quality Elements of Extended STEM Learning

  • Active, Hands-On Learning: Students engage directly with materials and technology, applying concepts through inquiry and design.
