INNOADDI Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern registration for and participation in classes, courses, camps, workshops, demonstrations, events, and other educational services offered by InnoAddi Inc. (“INNOADDI”).“Participant” means the person attending the program. “Purchaser” means the person completing the registration or payment. When the Participant is under 18, “Parent/Guardian” means the adult legally authorized to register the Participant.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the required agreement box, signing a registration form, or completing a registration after these Terms have been presented, the Purchaser and Participant agree to:

  • These Terms and Conditions

  • The applicable Program Policies and Participation Terms

  • The cancellation and refund terms shown for the selected program

  • The rules of the applicable school, library, community center, or other host organization

  • Any separately presented Liability Waiver and Emergency Authorization

A Parent/Guardian registering a minor confirms that they are legally authorized to complete the registration and provide the required permissions.

2. Program-Specific Information

Each program’s registration page or enrollment materials will state the applicable:

  • Dates and times

  • Location

  • Grade or age requirements

  • Tuition and required charges

  • Enrollment capacity

  • Registration deadline

  • Cancellation and refund policy

  • Materials or equipment requirements

  • Health, supervision, and dismissal requirements

Program-specific terms supplement these Terms. If a program-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the clearly disclosed program-specific term will control for that program.

3. Partner and Host Organizations

INNOADDI programs may be offered with schools, PTAs, libraries, community centers, municipalities, or other organizations.

Participants must follow the host organization’s safety, conduct, health, dismissal, technology, parking, and facility rules.

When a host organization manages registration or collects payment, that organization’s registration, payment, cancellation, refund, and privacy terms control those transactions.

4. Eligibility and Enrollment

Registration is subject to:

  • Program eligibility requirements

  • Available enrollment

  • Receipt of required forms and payment

  • The Participant’s ability to participate safely

  • Any requirements imposed by the host organization

Submitting a registration does not guarantee enrollment until confirmation is issued.

INNOADDI may correct enrollment errors, duplicate registrations, inaccurate pricing, or registrations made for an ineligible Participant. If INNOADDI cannot honor a registration because of its own error, the amount paid for the affected service will be refunded.

5. Prices and Payment

The applicable registration page will disclose the program price and any mandatory charges before payment.

Payment must be completed by the stated deadline to secure enrollment. A place may be released if payment or required documentation is not received on time.

A disclosed processing fee of up to $35 may apply to a returned or dishonored check or ACH payment, to the extent permitted by law. Replacement payment must be received promptly to maintain enrollment.

6. Cancellations, Withdrawals, and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, refund, credit, and transfer terms are stated on the applicable program page or registration form before payment.

Unless different terms are disclosed for a particular program:

  • Cancellations received at least seven days before the first class are eligible for a refund minus a 5% administrative and payment-processing fee.

  • After that deadline, a refund is available only if the vacated place is filled by another student or an exception is approved for a documented medical reason.

  • Once a program begins, withdrawals, missed classes, late arrivals, and early departures are nonrefundable.

  • Approved medical exceptions may receive a prorated refund or program credit after completed classes and nonrecoverable expenses are deducted.

Program credits are subject to eligible program availability, are valid for 12 months from issuance, are not redeemable for cash, and may be transferred to a sibling only with written approval from INNOADDI.

Programs operated or paid through a host organization may be subject to that organization’s refund policy instead.

7. Participant Absences and Makeup Opportunities

Participant absences are nonrefundable.

A makeup opportunity in another eligible INNOADDI class may be offered when space, level, location, staffing, and scheduling permit. Makeup classes are a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

The availability of one makeup opportunity does not require INNOADDI to provide additional makeup classes. Unused or unavailable makeup opportunities have no cash value and do not qualify for refunds or credits.

This section does not apply when a program-specific policy states that makeup classes are unavailable.

8. Program Changes and Cancellations

INNOADDI may reasonably change an instructor, classroom, project, equipment selection, or other nonmaterial program detail.

INNOADDI may cancel, reschedule, relocate, suspend, or modify a program because of:

  • Insufficient enrollment

  • Instructor or staffing unavailability

  • Facility or equipment problems

  • Weather or school closures

  • Safety or health concerns

  • Governmental or host-organization requirements

  • Circumstances beyond INNOADDI’s reasonable control

If INNOADDI cancels an entire paid program before it begins, families will receive a full refund of amounts paid directly to INNOADDI.

If an individual class is canceled, INNOADDI will offer a makeup class when reasonably feasible. If a makeup cannot be provided, the Purchaser will receive a prorated refund or may choose an equivalent program credit.

When payment was collected by a host organization, refunds will be processed according to that organization’s procedures.

9. Weather and Host Closures

If the applicable school district, school, library, community center, or other host organization closes or cancels activities because of weather, an emergency, or another safety concern, the INNOADDI program at that location will not meet.

Families will be notified using the contact information provided during registration. A makeup will be offered when reasonably feasible. If a makeup cannot be provided, the remedy stated in the applicable program policy will apply.

10. Youth Programs

The following requirements apply to programs for Participants under 18:

  • A Parent/Guardian must complete or authorize registration.

  • Required emergency, health, accessibility, and pickup information must be submitted by the stated deadline.

  • The Parent/Guardian must provide accurate information and promptly report material changes.

  • Students must follow the check-in and dismissal procedures established with the host organization.

  • Students must be picked up promptly by an authorized adult unless another dismissal arrangement has been approved in writing.

  • INNOADDI may require early pickup if a student is ill, unsafe, or unable to participate appropriately.

A student may be prevented from participating until materially complete required information is received. Missed time caused by incomplete required forms is nonrefundable.

Additional youth-program requirements appear in the INNOADDI Program Policies and Participation Terms.

11. Medication and Specialized Support

Parents or guardians must contact INNOADDI before enrollment if a minor requires medication during the program, one-to-one assistance, specialized medical care, or another accommodation requiring advance coordination.

INNOADDI instructors do not administer medication unless a separate written arrangement has been approved in advance and all applicable host-organization requirements have been satisfied.

INNOADDI will work with the family and host organization to determine what reasonable support can be provided. INNOADDI cannot guarantee that every requested support can be provided in every program or location.

12. Adult Programs

Adult Participants are responsible for providing their own registration information, following safety instructions, and determining whether they can participate safely.

Youth-specific health forms, pickup authorizations, dismissal procedures, and Parent/Guardian requirements do not apply to adult Participants unless expressly required for a particular program.

An adult Participant must personally accept any applicable waiver or emergency authorization.

13. Conduct and Safety

Participants and accompanying parents, guardians, or guests must:

  • Treat instructors, participants, host personnel, equipment, and property respectfully

  • Follow safety and instructional directions

  • Use tools, computers, printers, software, and other equipment only as authorized

  • Avoid conduct that creates a safety risk or substantially disrupts instruction

  • Follow the host organization’s facility and conduct rules

INNOADDI may require a Participant to stop an activity, leave a session, or be picked up early if reasonably necessary for safety or effective program operation.

Serious or repeated unsafe, threatening, destructive, or substantially disruptive conduct may result in suspension or removal. Refund or credit eligibility following removal will be determined based on the circumstances, completed services, nonrecoverable expenses, applicable law, and host-organization requirements.

14. Equipment and Property

Participants must use equipment only as instructed and must not intentionally change settings, access unauthorized content, remove property, interfere with another Participant’s work, or misuse program technology.

To the extent permitted by law, a Participant or Parent/Guardian may be responsible for reasonable, documented repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional damage, theft, or serious misuse.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. INNOADDI and the host organization are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where required by law.

15. Materials and Student Projects

Standard materials are included only when stated on the applicable registration page. Specialty materials or additional production costs require advance approval.

Projects, dimensions, colors, printing schedules, and completion times depend on instructional goals, Participant progress, equipment availability, and production time.

INNOADDI does not guarantee that every digital design will be printed or completed during a particular class. Completed projects may be released after inspection and confirmation that they are appropriate to take home.

16. Health and Emergencies

Participants or Parents/Guardians must provide information reasonably necessary for safe participation and appropriate support.

In an emergency, INNOADDI may contact the Parent/Guardian, emergency contact, host organization, school nurse, 911, or other emergency services when reasonably necessary.

Any emergency medical authorization, assumption of risk, release of claims, or indemnification obligation is governed by the separately presented Liability Waiver and Emergency Authorization.

17. Privacy and Communications

Collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the INNOADDI Privacy Policy.

INNOADDI may send transactional and operational communications concerning:

  • Registration and payment

  • Schedule or location changes

  • Cancellations

  • Safety matters

  • Required forms

  • Participant attendance or conduct

  • Other information necessary to provide the registered service

Operational communications may be sent even when the recipient has declined marketing communications, as permitted by law.

Participants and Parents/Guardians are responsible for keeping their contact information current.

18. Photography and Video

Photography and video permission is optional and is not required for enrollment.

Families and adult Participants may make a separate media-permission selection during registration. INNOADDI will not knowingly use an identifiable Participant’s image for public or promotional purposes without the applicable permission.

Instructions for changing or withdrawing media permission appear in the Privacy Policy.

19. Educational Materials and Participant Designs

INNOADDI retains ownership of its curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets, instructional materials, demonstrations, branding, and other original educational content.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or use INNOADDI instructional materials for commercial teaching without written permission.

Participants generally retain ownership of their original designs, subject to any third-party software, template, platform, or licensing terms used in creating them.

20. Liability Waiver

Any assumption of risk, release of claims, emergency authorization, or indemnification provision is contained in a separate Liability Waiver and Emergency Authorization.

The applicable waiver must be presented and accepted separately. A Parent/Guardian must complete the waiver for a minor, and an adult Participant must complete their own waiver.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights or limits liability where such waiver or limitation is prohibited by law.

21. Updates to These Terms

Updates apply prospectively to registrations completed after the stated effective date.

The version accepted at registration generally governs that enrollment. However, INNOADDI may implement reasonable safety, legal, or host-required changes during a program and will provide notice of material changes when reasonably practicable.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
