Our Saturday Advanced 3D Design & Printing Camp is designed for students who are ready to go beyond basic 3D printing and build stronger design, problem-solving, and project-building skills. Students will use beginner-friendly and intermediate 3D design tools to turn ideas into real digital models and 3D printed creations. The focus is not only on learning software, but also on thinking like a designer: creating ideas, testing designs, improving structures, and refining projects through iteration. This program is a strong fit for students interested in 3D printing, engineering, product design, architecture, creative technology, or early portfolio-building. Returning students will have opportunities to work on more independent and customized projects. Motivated beginners may also be considered. In this half-day program, students learn how to use beginner-friendly 3D design tools, understand how 3D printers work, and turn their own ideas into real printed creations. Students will work on creative and practical projects while building skills in design thinking, problem-solving, spatial reasoning, and engineering-based learning. This program is designed to be engaging, supportive, and beginner-friendly, while still offering room for returning students to expand their skills. Whether your child is new to 3D printing or already curious about making and inventing, this program offers a strong foundation in creative technology.
