Service Description

Our Summer Saturday 3D Design & Printing Maker Camp gives students a fun, hands-on introduction to 3D design and digital fabrication. In this half-day program, students learn how to use beginner-friendly 3D design tools, understand how 3D printers work, and turn their own ideas into real printed creations. Students will work on creative and practical projects while building skills in design thinking, problem-solving, spatial reasoning, and engineering-based learning. This program is designed to be engaging, supportive, and beginner-friendly, while still offering room for returning students to expand their skills. Whether your child is new to 3D printing or already curious about making and inventing, this program offers a strong foundation in creative technology. Program details Dates: Saturdays, August 8 -August 29 Time: 1:00 PM–4:00 PM Location: Munroe Center for the Arts, 1403 Massachusetts Ave Instructor: InnoAddi Inc. Format: 4-session half-day program Status: Open for Registration This program is a good fit for students who: enjoy building, designing, and creating are curious about 3D printing and technology like hands-on learning want to develop creativity and problem-solving skills No prior experience is required. Students will: learn the basics of 3D design explore how 3D printers work create original digital models develop problem-solving and design-thinking skills prepare projects for 3D printing take home printed work during the program when available Sample projects Depending on age, pace, and experience, students may work on projects such as: personalized name tags custom bookmarks simple functional objects creative designs and characters beginning mechanical or geometric forms student-designed personal projects This program helps students build: creativity confidence engineering thinking spatial reasoning persistence through design challenges hands-on technology skills Important notes This is a hands-on project-based class. Students may design multiple projects during the program. Not every design may be fully printed during the same session, depending on print time and project complexity. Most of the time, students bring home their designed items the same day. Some prints may be completed after class and distributed later if needed. Beginners are welcome. We provide: computers for in-class use 3D printers software guidance project support and instruction



Cancellation Policy

Registration & Attendance All students must register for a specific class before attending. Students are only considered “in class” during registered hours. Early arrivals or late pickups require parent/guardian supervision. Students must leave promptly after class. Supervision & Safety Instructors guide students during class time but do not provide supervision before or after. Parents may drop off children but must provide an emergency contact and stay reachable. We will contact parents immediately if a student needs assistance or becomes distressed. Behavior & Expectations Students are expected to act respectfully and work cooperatively. Disruptive behavior or equipment damage may result in removal without refund. Students must follow all safety guidelines when using 3D printers and design tools. Health Acknowledgment By participating, parents/guardians confirm the student: Has no health conditions that prevent safe participation. Will notify instructors of any health changes. Is able to sit/stand for extended periods. Safety & Equipment Policies Equipment is for educational use only. Students must receive instruction before using any 3D printer or tools. No touching/modifying printers without permission. PLA filament is included; overuse may incur extra fees. Students are responsible for cleaning their stations after use. Report injuries or issues immediately; never operate machines without proper training. Cancellation, Refund & Weather Policies Full refund (minus 10% fee) if canceled 3+ weeks before class. 100% credit for cancellations 2+ weeks before class. No refund for last-minute cancellations unless due to medical emergency (with documentation). Weather-related cancellations will be posted online and emailed. If local schools are closed, classes will be canceled or rescheduled. Authorization & Liability I authorize emergency medical care if needed. I allow the use of class photos/videos for educational promotion. I waive liability claims against INNOADDI INC. and its team for participation in the class.
