At the InnoAddi Education Center, our mission is to inspire creativity, confidence, and future-ready skills through hands-on 3D design, 3D printing, and STEM learning. Our instructors bring deep technical expertise, real-world industry experience, and a passion for teaching students of all ages. Together, we create an engaging learning environment where children explore technology, build their ideas, and grow as young innovators.

Doug Scott
STEM Instructor / Advisor
Doug is a nationally recognized STEM educator with 19 years of experience teaching engineering and robotics. He has led award-winning robotics and invention teams to state, national, and international recognition. Doug is also a MA STEM Teacher of the Year award winer,he brings his expertise in hands-on engineering, problem-solving, and STEM innovation to InnoAddi’s programs, helping inspire the next generation of young inventors and creators.
Cristian Sion
Classroom Teacher
Cristian has a strong background in mechanical design, product development, manufacturing, and CAD modeling. He brings practical experience in prototyping and custom fabrication to the classroom. Cris guides students through the complete 3D design and printing process, helping them troubleshoot, experiment, and develop real engineering skills while having fun.
Lisa (Yanfang Li)
Program Leader
Lisa brings over 12 years of experience in 3D printing software and 3D printing across FDM, SLS, SLA, and metal 3D Printing technologies. With a background at a leader in 3D printing -MaterialiseN.V and Joint3D, she specializes in making 3D design and 3D printing accessible to students of all ages. Lisa’s hands-on, encouraging teaching style helps children build creativity, problem-solving skills, and confidence through real-world making.

Libby Cosby
Educational Assistant
Libby supports instructors during 3D design, 3D printing, and STEM classes. Responsibilities include helping students with hands-on activities, preparing materials and equipment, managing classroom flow, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. The assistant also provides one-on-one guidance to students who need extra support and helps maintain printers, computers, and project supplies. This role is essential in helping classes run smoothly and making learning engaging for all students.
